Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please note the following:

⏱️ Table Time Limit

During busy periods, tables are allocated for a maximum of 70 minutes.

We kindly ask guests to respect this timing so we can accommodate all bookings.

🪑 Table & Room Allocation

We are unable to guarantee specific tables or rooms for groups of fewer than 20 guests.

Rooms are allocated based on availability and priority at the time of arrival.

⏰ Arrival Time

Please arrive on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period, after which your booking may be released.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please inform us as early as possible.

🔁 Table Turnover

At peak times, we may require tables to be returned promptly at the end of your allocated time.
